If you are feeling the effects of being socially distanced, or are having a hard time coping with a loss due to the pandemic, there are resources available to you.
Monitor for symptoms such as a temperature above 100.0 degrees, dry cough, fatigue, chills, or shortness of breath.
Wear a face covering (shield or mask) when you are in public or any time you are around others.
Practice social distancing by maintaining a 6 ft. distance between you and others, and try to have phone or virtual conversations whenever possible.
Limit your travel and try to remain home as much as possible.
Maintain sanitary practices by regularly washing your hands and sanitize your work and living spaces to reduce the spread of any germs.
